Bar Patrón, a beautiful modern Mexican restaurant located at Sydney’s Circular Quay, is one of the brands she’s had a hand in launching.
A world-first partnership with premium tequila producer, Patrón, the hacienda-inspired restaurant, modern Mexican-inspired menu, and a bar that exclusively serves Patrón tequila and cocktails provided a wealth of material to work with.
Rachel says: “The launch of Bar Patrón was a brand narrative building, content creation and public relations dream. There was so much rich material to work with, including a world-first launch, iconic Sydney location, amazing menus, and talented team members. The signature Margaritas made with Patrón Silver are a dream too. I still make them at home, from the original launch recipe. Salute!”
